Unreliable A.I.

I recently changed my ringtone... Usually I change it a lot.. Just coz I'm bored.. But not lately.. I've been using this one ringtone for ages... Haven't changed it at all.. Maybe once or twice.. But I changed it back again.. But now I've changed my ringtone... and it sounds completely different. At one stage, me and my sis was lying on our bed, reading books & magazines... Our mobiles were on the table across the bed. Then one of them rang. I thought it was my sister's.. forgetting that I've changed my ringtone... And it kinda sound the same... Well not really.. maybe it was just me thinking that it couldn't have been mine coz it's not my usual one. (P.S. at this stage I've completely forgotten that I've changed my ringtone)
And we let it rang and rang and rang and rang without saying anything to each other.. Then when it stopped.. I asked my sis.. 'why didn't u answer ur phone' (coz she usually reached it by 5 seconds by the time it started ringing)
Then.. yeah well.. you don't need to be a genius to know what she said...
If you're brain is not working properly right now.. and there's some kind of malfunction.. I'll tell you what she said: "That's your phone, not mine"

They'll try to guess it withing 20 questions that you should answer... If not, you win
But in the end, they'll pretty much make a correct guess by late 20s or early 30s

First, I thought of a trophy.. they guessed correctly after 28 questions..

Then I thought of a badminton racket whilst playing it... and they answered it once they got to question number 30... well, not exactly.. they didn't guess it.. but sort of 'gave up' and let me choose from a short list
Then this came up.. trying to contradict my views:

Does it bring joy to people? You said Depends, I say Yes. --> Well it certainly bring joy to people who likes to play badminton
Is it found in mines? You said Partly, I say No --> Part of it is made of carbonite / titanium & many other things...
Does it shine? You said Partly, I say No --> Sometimes they make the head frame shine a bit
Does it go inside other things? You said Yes, I say No. --> Of course it does! Do you think people carry their badminton rackets just like that ?? They put it inside the badminton cover / bag
Does it make sound? You said Partly, I say No. --> It does when they shuttle cock hits the sweet spot of a descent racquet with suitable strings fitted on it
Can you find it in a house? You said Depends, I say Yes --> You can certainly find it in a house of someone who plays badminton
Would you give it as a gift? You said Depends, I say Yes --> Of course it depends.. why would i give someone who loves to play tennis, a badminton racket?
Does it break if dropped? You said Sometimes, I say No. --> It does when someone who can't play badminton (for example in School P.E. class) got frustrated coz they just couldn't get the timing right & hit the shuttle cock properly, and bang the racket to the ground... Just like the rackets used for phys-ed class at my school.. They're all crooked and broken...
Is it considered valuable? You said Yes, I say No. --> Hell yes... some rackets cost more than $500 stupid A.I.!!!
