Complaints

Well.. first.. a msg to a friend who's now reading my blog who hasnt done so since ... last year... : I havent watched the NCIS episode, nor have I listened to your NCIS and Alias theme song... But don't worry.. I'll get to it eventually.. one day... who knows when >:)

K.. bit of a story bout coaching... First session on Tuesday was good... only me & J coaching @ monash.. The other coach didn't turn up...
But.. before we went to the training venue.. I checked the notice board for all coaches.. and I checked the name of the coach who is supposed to coach the C-White team... and f**k... it was the name of the teacher that I hated so much back in high school. Kinda still a new teacher.. but made it seem like she's got the power and all... sarcastic b***h too..
Anyways... all the people that I know hate her... they belong to two categories actually.. hate her and shows it... and hate her but kisses her ass whenever they're around her
Lets just call this person 'K'
She's never taught me before (thank God).. but on one occassion she replaced my accounting teacher when he was away... I can't be bothered going far back and writing down the story.. Long story short... Everyone that I know hates her.. and I hate her
So... Tuesday was good... she didn't turn up

Thursday... was really really really REALLY bad... she showed up... First thing she said... she's the 'other' coach, and she's the head of badminton now ...
I was like.. "Phiuuuhh.. Thank God I'm out of school now and don't have to deal with her as the APS Captain..." but then.. i figured that i now still have to deal with her.. not as a student/captain/1st team member.. but as a coach...
Anyways... she did say we (me & J) obviously know more bout badminton than her...

So... start of our 2nd training session.. she wants to know which girl is in which team.. So we told her that we don't know yet coz it's only the 2nd training session. But she kinda insist that we put the girls in a team... and we were like.. bloody hell.. how are we suppose to do that when we've only seen them train once, and not all of them are here yet

Anyways.. during training.. she was just sitting down, watching, basically being totally useless to us. And I had to take half of the girls with me, whilst J took on the rest. We only had 5 courts set up, so I figured the best way to handle all the girls at the same time was to make them do footwork. Now obviously I can't do that for the whole hour coz they're not in the 1st team. So training shouldn't be that intense.. So I figured I'll just let them rest for a bit whilst I rotate them one by one and feed them shuttles on the court. Then the head of sport came down, then started talking to some of the girls who were sitting down. He told them to set up more courts or something, then looked at me, and realised that I was there... and said 'oh.. you're teaching them some shots are u? sorry, didn't see u before' and i was like yeah thats ok.. but i got the feeling that he isn't too happy bout some of the girls not being active and such
So K came up to him , and they started talking, then the head of girls sport came in (coincidentally) and the three of them started talking.. K made it look like she's in charge of everything, and every head of sport should just come and talk to her coz she's our "boss".. so K starts to kiss ass
And u know that feeling when u know someone's talking bout u.. well, i think the head of sport & K is... I was watching them whilst feeding shuttles to a girl... so I was thinking... Bloody hell K... you're there being totally useless, kissing asses, whilst me & J is busting our asses off to train all of the girls at the same time, whilst you're just sitting there, acting like u're the boss who's got everything under control, taking all the credit...
Far out....

Then... after training session, she kept on complaining bout how the girls are divided into teams... So basically, I chose 6 girls, and J chose 6 girls... obviously all of em wanted to be in the same team... Coz there arent enough girls to be put into K's team, we had to let go some of ours... and so I chucked 2 into her team, and J did the same
But she kept on going and going about how my team was the highest team of the three, and I should get the best players. And how her team was up next, and J has the lowest team
She kept on arguing that J has got the better players although he has the lowest team, and how she got the "leftovers"
And we were like.. it doesn't really matter... coz their skills arent that different from each other.. some of them are only A LITTLE BIT better than the others.. it's not like 1st and 2nd teams where u can clearly tell the difference in their skills...
But she kept on bringing up the topic even when we were writing down the names onto the team sheet... And I think she spoke to the head of boys sport before... and so when she's arguing with us bout the whole thing of me getting the best players, and she should get the next best players, and J should get the rest...the head of boys sport was smiling behind us... and she had practically made him-the head of boys sport, and the other two - head of sport & the head of girls sport think that me & J is a shit ass coach who have no clue on what we're doing and practically stuffing things up...

And afterwards.. J complained to me that she's basically treating him like he's never done this before.. and made it clear that he doesn't like her.. and wanted nothing to do with her..

Then on Saturday, only 1 of J's girls has turned up, the rest are still coming... K's only got 1 player too so far, and she insisted on having J's player play on her team. So basically J was pissed coz if K took his player, his team wouldnt be able to play when the rest of the team turns up... I don't know how it ended... I went home coz my teams has already finished playing (all of my girls turned up.. hahaha)

Speaking of which, I had to take on 2 teams at the same time on Saturday. My own team, and the 2nd team, coz their coach couldnt make it
So I was practically running from one side of the gym to another to catch up with the other 2 coaches... whilst trying to overlook how the girls are doing, trying to spot their weakness so I can give em advice afterwards
Darn... Well.. at least I didnt have to deal with K much on that day coz her team is playing after my team... So different times ;)

Enough for now.. bottom line is.. Me & J wanted to have nothing to do with her... well... understandable to all of you I hope coz even J began to hate K on his first encounter with her.. So it's not just me... Seriously...
