More than 60 per cent of Britons use items such as screwdrivers, scissors and earrings to remove food from between their teeth, according to a survey today.
The National Dental Survey found that when it comes to oral hygiene, people use whatever is close to hand to pick their teeth.
More than 60 per cent questioned by the British Dental Health Foundation said they used makeshift items, which included knives, keys, needles and forks.

A burglar gave a 35-year-old woman a shoulder massage for several hours after breaking into her apartment in central Tokyo and tying her up, police were quoted as saying today.
It said Lee Jin-se, 29, a South Korean, admitted the burglary and told police he lingered in the woman's apartment and gave her the massage "to relax her".
He stole ¥210,000 in cash and her bank cash card, though he later mailed the card to her as she requested after withdrawing ¥980,000 from her account, Kyodo news agency said.

Only 7 people (including me) were in the cinema yesterday.. I guess coz it's a Thursday.. and it's not a very famous movie?
Anyways.. so there I was.. feeling comfy in my seat.. (coz I can put my feet up hehehe)
The dogs (in the movie) are great! Too bad 2 of 'em died (in the movie of course.. not in the real world)
But now.. back to sitting behind the desk.. staring at a blank microsoft word.. figuring out what imma do for that 1500 essay due on monday
Hopefully.. i can finish today.. so I can still go out for baddie tomorro.. and take the whole weekend off
